Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of any personal data associated with your use of the SurveyTools application. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

What we can delete upon request:
• Crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics
• Support correspondence tied to your email address

What is deleted automatically:
• Local license data — removed when you uninstall the app
• Payment data — managed by Google Play, not by EXSports Oy

What cannot be individually deleted:
• Firebase Analytics data — fully anonymized and aggregated, not linked to any individual user

We will respond to your request within 30 days. Note that some data (such as anonymized analytics) may not be individually identifiable and therefore cannot be selectively deleted.
